Fees & Insurance
Payment in full is due at the time of service, and is collected at the end of each session. Cash, checks, debit cards, and major credit cards are accepted.
To safeguard the confidentiality of my clients, I prefer staying uninvolved with insurance companies; however, my staff will provide you with an invoice and receipt which are suitable for filing for reimbursement. Most insurance and managed care companies will directly reimburse you for psychotherapy.
Cancellations
Please provide a 24 hour notice for any cancellations in order to avoid a charge.
Emergencies
In case of an emergency, you are urged to call 911 or go immediately to the nearest hospital emergency room. If it is not an emergency and you are an established client, please call the office. All voice mails will be answered in 24 hours or less (during the work week).
