• The Mindful Woman — ongoing Mindfulness group for women. Learn mindfulness in a safe and compassionate setting. We will be focusing on such topics as Self Compassion, Loving Kindness, Acceptance, Forgiveness, Authentic Self.

Group starts Monday, February 6th from 11-12pm weekly. Only $25 when pre-paid for 8 sessions.
